Naylors Industrial Team has seen 2008 a successful one even through the economic downturn.  The department has either let or sold 600,000 sq ft of industrial space ranging in various sizes in the last 12 months with further transactions pending into 2009.

82 properties were transacted in the North East region over the year with a rental income generating in the order of £1.5 million and capital transactions of £10 million.
