Fergus Laird, Founder and Resources Manager

Fergus has been based in Newcastle for over 20 years and is Head of Naylors busy investment department. Angus White, Finance Director

Angus is both the Finance Director of the Practice and Head of the Property and Asset Management Team, which he has built from a standing start to over 60 buildings in a portfolio that extends from Berwick in the North to Doncaster in the South and Keswick to the West. Keith Stewart, Industrial Director

Keith heads up the company’s industrial agency department and acts for both local and national developers, investors and private clients. Tim Rodgers, Associate Director

Toby Ware, Senior Building Surveyor

Toby joined Naylors Chartered Surveyors’ Development and Consultancy division in May 2009 to expand the building surveying service, including specialist Party Wall advice.
