Ben Wood

Ben joined Naylors as an Associate Partner in February 2026 and brings over 20 years' experience in the valuation of both residential and commercial property, 16 of which as a Chartered Surveyor.

Ben has broad experience in the provision of valuation advice to a wide range of clients including all the main retail banks and challenger lenders, together with the corporate and public sector, across all main asset classes. Ben has been involved in connection with the valuation of mixed use and residential led development schemes for both loan security and financial reporting purposes. He regularly undertakes valuations for a variety of purposes, covering a geographical catchment focussed in the North of England, and has assisted corporate clients on valuation matters in the region, together with large scale Public Sector Accounting Valuations.

In his free time, Ben enjoys the gym, visiting new places and spending time with his family.
