Chris Wild
Head of Facilities Management
Chris joined Naylors in June 2026 as Head of Facilities Management having worked previously for Groundwork. His recent experience covers all aspects of facilities management/property management covering a diverse range of sites across the North East and Cumbria. Prior to Groundwork Chris worked for the John Lewis Partnership holding multiple roles firstly in Liverpool, and then Newcastle, covering building maintenance/compliance and warehousing and logistics. Chris likes nothing more than a problem to solve and thrives on getting results.
Outside of work Chris enjoys walking his two dogs on the beach, visiting local restaurants with his wife and playing golf. He is a passionate Liverpool supporter.
