Jessica Ross
Associate Partner - Office Agency
Jessica Ross joined Naylors in July 2016 working as part of the Office Agency team. She previously worked within the Investment team at Northumberland development company Arch, where she acquired a range of properties for their portfolio. Prior to this, she worked for Knight Frank where she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014, working mainly within the Valuation department, with time also spent in the Agency team.
At Naylors Gavin Black, Jessica is Head of Office Agency and is responsible for advising clients on the disposal and acquisition of offices across the North East. Jessica is currently working on high profile instructions such as Airview Park at Newcastle Airport and 2 St James’ Gate, Newcastle, as well as working for a range of clients in the City Centre and Out of Town across the region.
Jessica is an Assessor on the panel for RICS APC interviews and sits on the board of Trustees for Willowburn Hospice.
Outside of work, Jess is kept busy raising her two young children, who bring lots of energy to everyday life. She enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active and spending time on the family farm.
