Katy is a Partner at Naylors, recognised for her strategic approach to commercial property management and her ability to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for clients. Since joining the firm in 2017 as a Senior Surveyor, she has progressed rapidly, earning a reputation for her expertise, professionalism, and strong client relationships.

With over a decade of experience across the commercial property sector, Katy has worked with leading organisations including Lambert Smith Hampton and Capita Property & Infrastructure. Her background spans industrial, office and retail agency, lease advisory, and property management, giving her a well-rounded perspective that allows her to deliver tailored, commercially focused solutions.

Katy is a trusted advisor to a wide portfolio of clients, valued for her attention to detail, organisational strength, and proactive approach. She is particularly skilled at anticipating challenges and resolving issues before they arise, ensuring smooth and effective property management at every stage.

A graduate of Northumbria University, Katy became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2011. Alongside her professional role, she is Chair of the CBI Future Leaders, where she is passionate about developing emerging talent and shaping the future of business leadership.

Outside of work, Katy enjoys spending time outdoors, keeping active, and making the most of family life—whether that’s relaxing with a film in the garden cinema or unwinding with her cat, Toulouse.
