Keith Stewart
Managing Partner - Industrial Agency
Keith became Managing Partner in October 2025 and is leading Naylors through its next phase of growth, setting the strategic direction of the business and reinforcing its position as one of the North East’s most influential commercial property consultancies.
With more than 24 years’ experience, Keith is widely regarded as a leading authority in industrial and logistics property. He began his career in London advising one of the world’s largest telecom operators on acquisition and consultancy strategy before returning to the North East, where he has played a defining role in many of the region’s most significant industrial developments.
Keith specialises in industrial agency and development and advises on complex, large-scale opportunities across the logistics, manufacturing and distribution sectors. He acts for institutional funds, major developers and high-profile occupiers, delivering commercially grounded advice that shapes investment, development and occupational decisions. His track record includes acquisitions and disposals for Nestlé, Zigup Plc, Portico Doors and Marelli Automotive.
He is currently involved in two of the North East’s most prominent industrial and logistics schemes — IAMP in Sunderland and Connect at Integra 61 in Durham — alongside advising on major development programmes at Team Valley, the Tyne Tunnel corridor and the forthcoming Airlink scheme at Newcastle International Airport. His sustained market activity has consistently placed Naylors among the most active industrial agents in the region, with multiple awards recognising deal volume and market leadership.
As Managing Partner, Keith is focused on building a modern, forward looking business - investing in people, systems and service lines to ensure clients receive clear, decisive advice in an increasingly complex market.
Outside the office, Keith enjoys golf, walking, time in the Algarve and following Newcastle United.
