Well done to Keith Stewart for being appointed by national group and FTSE250 member, Zigup plc (formerly Redde Northgate) to help expand their UK portfolio of 152 properties. Zigup are based in Darlington and are growing rapidly.
- We are assisting with property acquisitions and disposals, as well as providing other property advice where
needed.
- We have just brokered a deal for 27,000 sq. ft. of workshop space in Chadderton, Oldham, for Zigup's
national automotive repairer, FMG Repair Services.
- The property is one of eight brand-new units at the Broadway development near the M60 and M62,
developed by Chancerygate.
- This the second property we have secured for the mobility solutions plc and follows a deal to lease a yard in
Portsmouth for Northgate Vehicle Hire.
- There are several more live property acquisitions in England – all at varying stages.
