46,500 sq.ft office disposal in Peterlee

We were instructed by Chancery LLP to dispose of a 46,500 sq.ft office building at Whitehouse Business Park in Peterlee. The office was one of the last big spaces available in this part of the former East Durham Enterprise Zone.

We carried out a comprehensive marketing campaign for this newly built office. We negotiated terms with clothing manufacturer, AMA Group and agreed a 10 year lease with option to purchase. Terms were agreed within just a few weeks of the initial enquiry being made. The deal represented the largest office letting in the East Durham area for over 10 years.

The building, which is known as Point Three, offers state of the art office accommodation in a landscaped business park environment which ideally reflects AMA’s modern, hi-tech approach to clothing manufacturing. The business park comprises three office buildings which exceed over 100,000 sq ft in total and is also home to the NHS and Npower.
