7,000 sq.ft office acquisition for KCS Datawright

Naylors were instructed to acquire 7,000 sq.ft of offices on behalf of specialist I.T business, KCS Datawright, who were relocating from Washington due to business expansion.

We reviewed the options available to our client and drew up a shortlist of 3 potential properties. We negotiated the rent and lease terms and helped to secure a very favourable rent and incentive package at Mayflower House on Team Valley, Gateshead. Once solicitors were instructed we helped guide the letting through the legal process to ensure a successful result. The Building Consultancy department assisted by carrying out a dilapidations survey and schedule of condition.
