The industrial team at Naylors were asked to assist offshore company, Fraser Hydraulic Power, to identify suitable new premises in the North Tyneside area. The firm was operating from two separate sites which were deemed unsuitable for the growing business. FHP required new premises which would bring their operations under one roof and allow them to cater for the increasing number of orders they were experiencing.
Naylors set about to identify land and buildings that would offer a suitable solution for the business. The availability of suitable premises proved to be extremely limited and after a lengthy search we identified a site on the north bank of the Tyne where a design and build opportunity was available. Naylors assisted FHP through the design process and negotiated the terms of the transaction.
FHP are still growing and Naylors have provided further advice more recently in relation to their continued expansion.
