Andrew James is a fast growing online kitchen and appliance sales business based in Durham who have expanded considerably in recent years, having previously taken 90,000sqft in the former Henderson Garage Doors unit at Bowburn North Industrial Estate.
Naylors identified a large distribution facility at Foxcover Distribution Park in Seaham, which was the former Cumbria Seafood processing plant and was logistically well located and in an area close to their existing facilities as staff retention was key. Naylors were able to negotiate and agree suitable terms for the client and conclude a successful acquisition within the client’s timescales.
