We were instructed by long standing client, Buccleuch Property, to let vacant office space at Collingwood House in Newcastle.
The 5th and 6th floors of this multi-let city centre office offered 4,587 sq.ft of vacant accommodation. We were able to put in place a comprehensive marketing strategy and attract interest from a number of parties. Lease terms were agreed with international recruitment firm Frank Recruitment Group Ltd. who took a 6 year lease with a rent review at the end of the 3rd year.
Collingwood House is a modern, fully serviced, seven storey office building in the heart of Newcastle’s commercial centre. The attractive building and its central location made it an ideal fit for FRG’s growing business.
As a result of the letting we were able to place the investment on the market and achieve a successful sale.
