Our Building Consultancy team has recently completed a £1.25m refurbishment of an office building on Team Valley, which is on the market to buy or let and could be Your New HQ!

The building, formerly known as Talipot House, was acquired by our Investment department on behalf of a private London-based investor in 2014. Following the vacation of the premises by the former occupier, Daisy Group, we were instructed to project manage the refurbishment and market the redeveloped office space.

Our Office Agency team is marketing it as ‘Your New HQ’ to provide the opportunity for a new occupier to give the property a name of their choice.

Externally the building offers over 80 car parking spaces within a landscaped setting.
