A historic 19^th century building on Bridge Street in Morpeth has been put up for sale. Oswald House, which was formerly occupied by Louis Johnson Auctioneers is being sold by Naylors with an asking price of £395,000.

After many successful years of trading, Louis Johnson Auctioneers finally closed its doors three years after its founder passed away. This now provides an exciting and unique opportunity to purchase this ornate and characterful property so well recognised in Morpeth’s high street.
