Naylors announces senior promotions to drive growth

Commercial property consultancy Naylors has announced three senior promotions to support its ongoing expansion and nationwide client delivery.

Jessica Ross and Louis Donaldson and have been promoted from associate partners to salaried partners. Mark Greener has progressed from chartered building surveyor to senior surveyor.

The strategic promotions strengthen the firm’s office agency, property and facilities management and building consultancy teams.

Louis Donaldson will continue to deliver key operations within the rapidly expanding property and facilities management team, which services extensive commercial portfolios across the UK supporting the delivery of high-quality operational management across a diverse range of client instructions

As the head of office agency, Jessica Ross oversees the marketing, letting and sales of office schemes in the North East advising landlords, developers and occupiers on strategy, market positioning and transactional delivery across the regional office market.

Mark Greener’s promotion follows sustained demand within the building consultancy team, where he delivers project management of new-builds, extensions and fit-outs alongside building and dilapidations surveys.

Based in Newcastle city centre, the 40-strong firm manages a diverse instruction portfolio spanning industrial, office, investment and retail assets throughout the UK.

The appointments form part of the consultancy's three-year growth strategy.
