New Graduate Building Surveyor joins the team...

We are delighted to welcome a new Graduate Building Surveyor to our busy Building Consultancy team.

Adam Carter has been appointed to the role following his completion of an MSC in Building Surveying at Northumbria University last year.

Our Building Consultancy team specialises in Building Surveying and Project Management, operating across all sectors.

Adam said: “After graduating, I wanted to target established, expanding firms with good reputations in and around Newcastle. Naylors ticked all of these boxes and I was delighted to be given the opportunity to work at the firm.”

He continued: “It is my aim to become Chartered as soon as possible and I have already started to gain experience and learn from the leading professionals working in the Building Consultancy department at Naylors on a range of services including; building and due diligence surveys, dilapidations, maintenance surveys, contract administration, design and project management, schedules of condition and more.”

Naylors’ managing director, Angus White added: “We are very pleased to welcome Adam to our Building Consultancy team, we are committed to recruiting graduates and training them to high professional standards. Two of our surveyors have just become Chartered and we will also assist Adam in reaching this goal.”
