In the first quarter of 2018, the Naylors’ Investment department acquired Marquis Court at Kingsway South on Team Valley which comprises of 21 individual office units totalling 31,000 sqft.
As part of our Office Agency instruction to find occupiers for the vacant offices, we rebranded the scheme to Marquis and Willow Court.
Our Building Consultancy team designed and project managed a six figure refurbishment to upgrade the interior and exterior of the vacant offices, landscaping, signage and parking areas.
By making the individual office units available for purchase with prices from £150,000, the scheme has provided small businesses with the opportunity to purchase their own premises.
Within three months of the campaign we have successfully completed the letting of A2 Marquis Court which measures 2,404 sq.ft. The property was let to Ixion Holdings Ltd on a new 5 year lease. In June we also completed the sale of one of the vacant offices to Transcendit Ltd.
Our marketing campaign has included signage, professional brochure, internet advertising and in July we are hosting an Open Day within a new show suite to illustrate how the refurbished offices can look.
