Peterlee Factory sold for £2m

10.07.2024

Well done to Keith Stewart for getting this circa £2million sale over the line, on behalf of our client, Brownhills.

- The new owners of the 56,000 sq. ft. PLG Glass factory in Peterlee (a private investor) plan to carry out
some refurbishment and lease the building to a new tenant.

- The property's prominent location and size make it an appreciating asset.

- The building was specified for the energy-intense production of glass and features an upgraded power
supply, making it ideal for manufacturers.

- Keith says, the sale is testament to Peterlee’s high economic potential. The area is ripe for investment, with
a number of successful and innovative companies located in the area.

- HTA Real Estate acted on behalf on the buyer.
