on behalf of the landlord Marchmont Investment Management.
- Both buildings have had a full strip-out and replacement of interiors, lighting and external cladding as well as installation of new EV charging points.
- The investment has paid-off with two new lettings - at record rents - to Boniplas Ltd for 21,000 sq. ft and Isoler Limited for 16,000 sq. ft. - on 10-year terms.
- The contractor for the works was Maintain UK.
