The Commercial Property Network Welcomes Three New Member Firms

The Commercial Property Network (The CPN), the UK's leading collective of privately owned commercial property firms, is delighted to announce the addition of three new member firms to its growing network. These new additions further enhance The CPN's reputation for offering comprehensive expertise and personalised support to organisations looking to maximise their commercial property assets.

Established 59 years ago, The CPN has evolved from its beginnings as PAI to a network of 31 firms that provide unparalleled local expertise and national reach. The network offers an extensive range of services, including commercial investment, building consultancy, property management, and more.
Joining The CPN are FT Linden, Primary Care Surveyors, and Fairhurst Buckley, all bringing unique skills and experiences to the network.

FT Linden, established 14 years ago, operates across the UK but primarily focuses on Edinburgh and East Central Scotland. The firm is run by two directors, ensuring clients always receive a bespoke director-led service. Angus Thomson and John Morton, the firm's directors, said, "We are delighted to become part of The CPN and look forward to working with like-minded professionals committed to delivering a first-class service to their clients."

Primary Care Surveyors, offer a complete and integrated service to general practitioners, advising on and implementing rent reviews to maximise the value of the practice property. The firm also acts for many commercial landlords of such properties and provides advice on asset management opportunities. Director Adam Thompson said about joining The CPN, "We are excited to be part of such a well-established and respected network, and look forward to working collaboratively with other members to share our expertise and knowledge in the healthcare property sector."
