With the first building at VAUX only weeks from completion, the scheme’s developer Siglion has released a 30 second video to showcase what lies ahead for this exciting city centre regeneration scheme.
Naylors are proud to be working alongside Knight Frank as joint letting agents for the scheme which is set to transform Sunderland with the delivery of a series of high-quality commercial and residential buildings positioned in the heart of a major northern city.
To accompany the video, Siglion has also launched a new website which hosts an extended version of the video together with more details of the scheme.
The first building, The Beam, will be completed in April and will offer 60,000 sq.ft of modern office space together with two ground floor retail/leisure units.
