Warner Brothers Discovery secured as tenant at Quorum Business Park

As global brands go, it doesn't get much bigger than Warner Brothers Discovery and they've only gone and chosen Quorum Business Park on North Tyneside as a home for their new UK office! 🎉✨🎉

- On behalf of landlord, Europark Properties, we have secured tenants Warner Brothers Discovery, and
international media data specialists, Nielsen, for the recently refurbed Q5 building.

- Warner Brothers Discovery which owns brands including TNT Sports, Warner Brothers Pictures, Discovery,
CNN and Quest, has taken 5,861 sq. ft. and Nielsen which carries out media audience measurement, data
and analytics from its 55 offices worldwide, has taken 2,827 sq. ft.

- The Warner Bro’s office will be a base for TNT Sports which selected the building for their relocation due to
its easily accessible location and Q5’s dual aspect windows which create a stunning, well-illuminated office
environment.

- The two deals mean just one vacant suite of 3,067 sq. ft. remains in the 72,000 sq. ft. Q5, following the
recent letting of the rest of the first floor to Act! Software.
